Mr. Wagner practices all phases of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, construction litigation, errors & omissions, governmental tort liability, commercial truck liability; premises liability and business litigation. He acts as a San Diego County Judge Pro Tem; is on the San Diego Superior Court Arbitration Panel; is a Court appointed and private mediator and is on the Faculty of the San Diego Inn of Court College of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Wagner was admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Southern District in 1976.
Mr. Wagner graduated from Western State University, College of Law with a J.D.
Mr. Wagner is a member of the California Bar Association and San Diego Bar Association.
