Ms. Haynes-Garretty practices all phases of insurance defense litigation, automobile and commercial truck liability, construction litigation, governmental tort liability; premises liability; and worker’s compensation subrogation. She is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving. Additionally, as Managing Partner, she is responsible for file management, quality control, associate supervision, billing and firm finances and supervises the firm’s litigation expense control management program.
Ms. Haynes-Garretty was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986 and to the State Bar of Arizona in 1996. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Central District and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Haynes-Garretty graduated from Glendale University College of Law with a B.S.L. and J.D. She was an editor of the Law Review.
Ms. Haynes-Garretty is a member of the California Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association, Irish American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Women Lawyer’s Association.
