Mr. Biesty practices all phases of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, construction litigation, errors and omissions, governmental tort liability, commercial truck liability; premises liability; business litigation and trust litigation. He has served as a Los Angeles Municipal Court Judge Pro Tem and as an arbitrator/mediator on the Los Angeles Superior Court arbitration panel. In addition, he serves as an arbitrator/mediator on the Arizona Superior Court Maricopa County arbitration panel.
Mr. Biesty was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1978 and the State Bar of Arizona in 1996. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Central District.
Mr. Biesty graduated from Southwestern University, College of Law with a J.D.
Mr. Biesty is a member of the California Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Irish American Bar Association.
