Biesty, Garretty & Wagner, An Association of Professional
Corporations, has been performing legal services for the insurance
industry since the firm's inception in 1978. The firm represents clients in highly complex matters involving insurance
coverage disputes at both the trial and appellate levels. The firm successfully
negotiates settlements of coverage and other types of insurance disputes to
avoid litigation. The firm provides quality written and oral advocacy. The firm
also provides a proactive approach to the problems presented, rather than
merely reacting to the issues as they develop. Cutting edge technology is
utilized to assist clients in a cost-effective fashion.
Over the past 27 years, Biesty, Garretty & Wagner has
successfully represented insureds of numerous insurance carriers and various
governmental entities in thousands of cases. In the past five years alone,
Biesty, Garretty & Wagner has tried more than 50 cases in California. All

The firm provides a full range of litigation services from an "early
intervention" program (which is designed to resolve cases prior to suit)
to trial and appeal.
An example of the firm's insurance clients are Allstate Insurance Company,
Carnegie General Agency, Inc., Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Sutter
Insurance Company and Workmen's Auto Insurance Company. In addition, the firm
performs work for various Third Party Administrators such as Platinum Claims
Service, Acclamation Insurance Management Services, and Peter Corrick &
Associates. The firm currently represents the County of Los Angeles and the Los
Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority, as well.
